Sampling Stock
You have been given 14 packs of each flavour per day - it is imperative the store contact has seen your stock so there is no confusion of their store stock when you are sampling
Why are we doing this
1. Get existing brand buyers to expand their repertoire and purchase multiple variants.
2. Get shoppers who do not currently purchase to trial the product and encourage conversion
Mandatories
Strictly no sampling to those under 16. You MUST ask if unsure and ask if their adult person they are with can come to the table. If not, you must deny them a sample. All samples are to be given to the caregiver for them to give to the anyone under 16. We cannot hand them a sample directly. This is strictly re allergies to protect you
Mechanics of Preparation
Set up the table as per the photo
The table has 6 parts to it:
· Firstly place the stainless base on the ground
· Then wrap the white corflute around the base matching the Velcro
· Then place the white table top on top of the corflute, it will slot in, making sure the hole is at the back of the table
· Get the wrap, and wrap that around the white corflute
· The poles are a set of 2, interlock these and place them in the holes at the back of the table
· Velcro the header card onto the poles
· Put Store stock from the shelf for consumers to put in their trolley
· Put our stock in the bowls broken into 1 pieces. If you cant put the sample stock safely at customer service desk put this in a bag on the shelf behind you or on the bottom of the rubbish bin with the bag on top. No boxes are to be around your table
When you have the table up and the store stock on the table you are ready to sample NB: Only sample what the store stocks
Invite the consumers to come and sample they can try both, however if half way thru your shift its busy cut the samples by inviting them to try just one flavour
If you need to leave your table for any reason such as to get more stock for your table please do not leave any samples on the table – this is a strict health and safety rule
No children are to be offered a sample
