COVID-19 TOBLERONE GUIDELINES
Due to the current alert levels within Auckland and the rest of the country, Studio 23 has taken the following precautions to mitigate as much risk to the Mondelez Brand, The Warehouse and Promostaff. We are fortunate enough to activate at Alert Level 2, as we are not “sampling” food or handing out any product.
STAFF
• All staff are required to download the government Covid tracer app onto their phones, and record/check in their visit on arrival to the store
• Promostaff manager will remain in constant contact with the activation teams to ensure that you are healthy, not symptomatic. Should you display any symptoms similar to that of a cold, flu or Covid19, please advise Allen from Promostaff immediately
• 2-3 days out from the activations, Allen (Promostaff manager) will follow up with the teams to ensure you are all healthy
• In the event that you become unwell during the activation period, your first contact is with Promostaff who will then take the necessary actions to inform and advise next steps. You will also be required to leave the activation immediately and ensure that you do your best to not come in close contact with anyone. We will then advise the store and make a decision from there.
WORKING IN STORE
• Staff have been provided with face masks and gloves that are disposable. Teams will have enough to change as required throughout their activation period. You will be required to wear masks and gloves throughout the entire activation period.
• Staff have also been provided with hand sanitisers and cleaning equipment to keep the activation area clean, and for customers to use if required when approaching the activation area.
• Working together with the store managers, we will also mark out a 2m distance around the activation area (NB: please bear in mind, that we are guided by the space within the stores, and we will mark out as much as we are allowed without interfering with general customer traffic flow).
• Customers will write their name for personalization on the forms provided. If customers choose to wait, then they will wait at their 2m distance marker, or if they would like to continue shopping and then come back and collect on their way out, they can do that also.
• Completed personalization blocks will be positioned on the table so that the customer can collect their own without any contact between them and the staff member or other customers. One of the activation team is able to monitor this to ensure that they collect the correct one.
• Staff activation members will manage any queues that form at the activation. If the queues are interfering with general store foot traffic, then we do have the ability to advise customers that there could be a slight delay
