Check on Parim the store location Parim app (on your mobile phone)
Ensure you have your Store Safe pass visible, clipped to the apron pocket so no logo is covered
At the store
Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)
Go to Checkout control
Ask for the Grocery Manager and sign in the visitors book if the store has one
Show the Grocery Manager all of your product - please get them to sticker every pack as this is to prove that this is our stock
Discuss where you can leave the sampling stock for your demonstration stock safely to replenish your tray, NO boxes are to be in aisle, these must be left in your car, all product must be marked "Demo Stock", if they wont let you keep this safely in the store leave in your product in the car, if this is the case - fill your bowls in the store, not in the carpark
PLEASE GET A STAFF MEMBER FROM THE STORE TO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU STANDING NEXT TO THE PRODUCT WITH YOUR TRAY AND TEXT THIS TO DONNA 021612349 AT THE START OF YOUR SHIFT
Mechanics of Preparation
Fill each of the bowls with the products, one bowl for each variant - take the product out of the bags these are not to be in bags
Go and stand by the aisle or display in the store - please make sure you are standing next to the product
Invite the consumers to have a sample and talk about the range and the key selling points - this will be 3 samples so they can taste them and given to them with a tong
Check the selling price and advise the consumer
Serve this to the consumers; you must wear gloves at all times and use the tong to serve to them, they are not to help themselves
The aim is to encourage the sale to the shoppers
DO NOT sample to any one under 14yrs. They must be with a caregiver and the sample is to be given to the caregiver to give to the child
Take in a small piece of paper and pen with you so you can record what is the sales - everytime a consumer picks up a TNCC packet of product and puts this in their trolley that is a "sale"
After your shift
Collect any of the demonstration samples where you have this stored if this is not in your car
Sign out on Parim
Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal
Enter your hours
Clean your tray and ensure this is ready for your next demonstration
At the end of your demonstrations and when all your assigments are finished please call Ange to arrange a courier pick up
Leave this at the front door as the courier will be booked to collect this
