Cadbury Branded polo shirt

White Tray (or bowls) for samples and plastic spoons to serve and hand to customer

1x shipper of Cadbury Scorched Almonds (10x individual boxes)

1x Jar of Cadbury Chocolate Peanuts

1x Jar of Cadbury Fruit and Nut

1x Jar of Old Gold Scorched Almonds

Gloves

Uniform

1x Cadbury branded polo shirt

Black dress long pants/ black dress shoes– you are to provide these

Check you have all of the above items in the EQUIPMENT Sheet

Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform - Your own black shoes (closed toe), black dress trousers. If you are cold please wear a long sleeve black thermal under the shirt. Hair must be tied up and minimal make-up to be worn ( Refer to the Studio23 Non Negotiables)

Check on Parim the store location

Ensure you have your Store Safe pass visible, clipped to the side of your shirt/pants

At the store

Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)

Go to Checkout control and Ask for the Grocery Manager and sign in the visitors book if the store has one

Show the manager your demo stock, as this will need to be “stickered” in store so as not to confuse your sampling stock with the store selling stock. If they do not have stickers just make sure they know of your quantities that you have bought into the store

Ask them where you can store this so you can refill your tray throughout the shift. These are not to be left in the car due to the heat. Please make sure these are safe in the store and the staff won’t get these mixed up with their store stock. These are not to be down by your feet

PLEASE GET A STAFF MEMBER FROM THE STORE TO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU STANDING NEXT TO THE PRODUCT WITH YOUR TRAY AND TEXT THIS TO DONNA 021612349 AT THE START OF YOUR SHIFT

Ensure you have your Store Safe pass / Food Hygiene visible, clipped to the bottom of your shirt so no logo is covered

Mechanics of Preparation

Place the Wooden paddle into the tray and Dispense each of the variants onto the wooden board

Put the Nuts and Fruits on the board for display

You don’t have to have any store stock on your tray as it will be too heavy, therefore you must stand by the product on the shelf or display. Do not walk around the store , this is to be stood by the product at all times

It is important that you tell each consumer that this is traces of nuts

Invite consumers by asking them what they would like to sample, then using tongs serve, and hand to the consumer.

The demonstration is for the Green & Blacks Crisps – not the fruit and nuts, this is for display, however if the consumers want a sample of these that is fine

Consumers are not to help themselves, you must manage and control your distribution

Take a note of how many of each variant is sold ( this is what is leaving the shelf while you are standing next to it)and note this on your report at the end of your shift. Take a pen and small paper in and discreetly put this out of sight so you can record this

DO NOT sample to anyone under the age of 14years, they must be present with an adult and you hand the sample to the adult to give to the child

Please get a staff member to take a photo of you with your tray standing next to the product

After your shift

Collect your leftover demo stock from where this is stored

Sign out on Parim

Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal after your demo www.studio23.work - password is promostaff and on the brief

This must be done on the same day as the demonstration

Clean your tray and equipment ready for the next demo

Return Freight

In organising the return freight, please ensure that you the package the sampling equipment in the boxes. Ring/Email warehouse@studio23.co.nz and we will organise pick up and advise you of instructions for collection of the gear
