Check that you know how to put the banner up prior to going into the store
Check you have all of the above items in the EQUIPMENT Sheet
Check on Parim the store location Parim app (on your mobile phone)
Ensure you have your Store Safe pass visible, clipped to the apron pocket so no logo is covered
At the store
Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)
Take all your equipment into store - do not leave the box in the store that the banner is in, remove the banner from the box and leave box in car or at home
Go to Checkout control
Ask for the Grocery Manager and sign in the visitors book if the store has one
If the Manager advises that he doesn’t want the banner please put this in your car
Go to the aisle and set up the banner by the product on the shelf
You must stand in the aisle at all times so you can approach everyone in the pet food area and also intercept anyone that is purchasing a competitor brand, there fore if the banner is not allowed in the aisle maybe ask them if this could be at the front of the store, always stand next to the product
Please get a staff member in the store to take a photo of you by the shelf and the banner,(even if you don’t have a banner as well) this must be done each day and emailed to Donna - donna@studio23.co.nz and please put what store this is, please note this is important that this is completed
Mechanics of Preparation
Go to the aisle where the Purina Beneful is on shelf
Set up your banner
Place the flyers / coupon your hand - tell the shopper you are here today and can offer them a $4 coupon, do not offer them to take it home for next time, we want to entice the sale on the day. Only give them a coupon if they are a serious shopper to take home other wise stress to them that this is a promo for the on the day
Talk to the consumers and advise them on the key selling points of the Purina Beneful range - refer to the packs for the info
Take in a small piece of paper and pen with you and take a note of what you are selling, everytime a consumer picks up a pack off the shelf or when you hand it to them that is a "sale" Put the paper and pen on the shelf out of sight
After the Sampling
Take the Banner and flyers home with you
Sign out on Parim
Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal after your demo studio23.work
