Equipment Check

Demonstration Table with branded skirt, pole and header card

Apron  - white tshirt 

5 x branded bowls - 3 for the dips, 1 for Potato chips, 1 for vegetable sticks

Chopping board

Chopping Knife 

3 x tins of Nestle reduced cream ( put this in the fridge to chill ) per day + 2 extra in case you run out 

3 x packets of soup per day + 2 extra in case you run out

Potato Chips

Gloves

Cloths for cleaning table 

3 x Spoons for the bowls to serve from and 3 Mixing Spoons 

1 x pair of tongs for Carrots and celery Sticks 

1 x snap bag for left over carrot and celery sticks 

2 x rubbish bags - one for any rubbish and one to put chopping board and knife in

Check that you know how to put the table up before you go into store 

Check you have all of the above items in the EQUIPMENT Sheet

Check on Parim the store location Parim app (on your mobile phone)

Ensure you have your Store Safe pass visible, clipped to the apron pocket so no logo is covered

At the store

Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)

Take all your equipment into store  - do not leave the box in the store that the table is in, remove the table from the box and leave box in car or at home 

Go to Checkout control

Ask for the Grocery Manager and sign in the visitors book if the store has one

Discuss where to set up and show him your stock for the demo, this may need to be stickered to prove this is ours (we have stickered it as well) 

Purchase the celery, carrots ,and lemon in the store - keep the receipt on you at all times and email me  the receipt to me so you can claim this on your allowances , approx $5 per store 

Set up table and prepare the Dip into your 3 bowls with your 3 MAGGI Soups 

Cut the vegetables at the table and if consumers are at your site, communicate what you are doing and how quick and easy this is to prepare , and tell them the Reduced cream is chilled and ready

15 minutes from arrival you should be set up and ready to go  

Mechanics of Preparation

Go and get stock from the shelf of Nestle Reduced cream and the same MAGGI soups that you are sampling 

Set up your table like the photo, and keep clean at all times 

DO NOT get store stock and our stock mixed up, our stock is for sampling 

The store stock you have on the table is so consumers can put this in their trolley rather than to go back to the aisle so please make sure this is replenished at all times. 

Celery and carrots are to be cut into sticks. These are to be approx. 4cm long and not too thick.  Put these into the bowl and left overs in the snap bag and place under the table.  Board and knife to be placed in plastic bag under table 

Chips are to be placed in to a bowl. 

When making the dip stir well so its blended through, a small squeeze of lemon is to be added to the MAGGI onion soup, this Dip is called the Original Kiwi Dip and must be on the table, and make up 2 other dips using  MAGGi soups, there will 3 dips total

Serve this to the consumers; they are not to help themselves to the chips or vegetables.  Put just under ½ teaspoon of dip on the celery, carrots or chips, using gloves at all times hand it to the consumer            

After your shift

Put any store product on your table back on the shelf 

Wash everything in the store and Take the tables and everything home with you 

Sign out on Parim 

Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal

Enter your hours 

Pack up the Demonstration table,  box from your car, and other equipment in smaller boxClean all equipment and ensure this is ready for your next demonstrationWhen you have finished all the stores that you were booked for please secure the boxes and stick the return courier label to each box and call Courier post to get them to collect it  - tol free 0508 268 743, you will need to advise them that you have a prepaid ticket and that the parcels are ready for collection 

Leave this at the front door as the courier will be booked to collect this
