Check on Parim the store location Parim app (on your mobile phone)

Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform.

Your own black shoes, black pants/jeans. If you are cold please wear a long sleeve black thermal under shirt. Hair must be tied up and minimal make-up to be worn (as per Non Negotiables)

At the Mall

Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)

Go to Customer Service desk and advise that you are there to do the OKD Roaming activation

Stock, brochures & prizes can be stored underneath the mobile plinth

Mechanics of Preparation

WHITE BOWL ON TOP OF PLINTH with ping pong balls
There are 100 ping pong balls for people to draw from.

Whatever ball is drawn determines what the consumer will receive for their prize

Triangle mark - $20 sports voucher + Brochure

Circle mark - 1x sachet of Maggi soup, 1x can of Reduced Cream + Brochure
If the consumer picks a ball with neither of these, they have not won a prize, however they must be given a brochure which has a coupon for them to redeem on their next purchase of Maggi soup and Reduced Cream. We are trying to encourage people to purchase Maggi Soup and Reduced Cream to make dips to enjoy while watching the rugby. We are encouraging them to get ready for the big games (however we cannot make any reference to Rugby World Cup).

PRIZES ALLOCATION
If the prize allocations for the day have run out and you are still within the sampling times, then please ensure that you remove these balls from the bowl.

Take a note of how many brochures you hand out.

DO NOT sample to anyone under the age of 18 years, - this promotion is specifically targeted towards 18 years and over.

ACTIVATION PHOTOS
Throughout the activation, please ensure that you take photos of people with their prizes, engaging with staff (eg: putting their hands in the bowl etc), people with their brochures etc.

INTRODUCTION LINE
“Are you ready for the big game tonight? Who are you supporting?”

Every interaction needs to start with the Brand Evangelists offering the consumer a recipe card encouraging purchase in preparation for the big game. If the consumer is genuinely interested in more engagement, then ask them if they would like to take part in the OKD Lucky Dip.

With each engagement/interaction, please ensure that you Thank each person for participating, and hope that whatever team they’re supporting does well.

After your shift

Put any store product on your table back on the shelf

Wash everything in the store and Take the tables and everything home with you

Sign out on Parim

Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal. This must be done on the same day as the activation
