1. Food
Under no circumstances are you permitted to eat or drink while you are working. You will be advised of your break times during your shift. If you are taking a break you must be away from the workstation and any branded clothing will need to be covered.
2. Smoking
Under no circumstances are you permitted to smoke whilst you are working, or while you are wearing a branded uniform. If you wish to smoke then cover up your uniform or take it off during your break. Please ensure you are refreshed prior to returning to work.
3. Drugs/Alcohol
Under no circumstances are you to turn up for work whilst under the influence of Alcohol and/or Drugs. You will be instantly dismissed if you are found to be under the influence. No drugs/alcohol is permitted whilst working.
4. Exchanging Products
Under no circumstances is staff to barter or exchange products. Anyone caught exchanging or bartering products will be dismissed immediately, all products belong to our clients or Studio 23.
5. Mobile Phones
Your phone is not to be used whilst you are working unless you need to ring head office or an account manager. If this is the case then please move away from your work area. The contact number will be on the brief
6. Uniforms
Each staff member will be issued with a uniform for each activity worked. Depending on the campaign you will be advised what to wear with the uniform supplied. You must wear every item correctly that you have been issued with. Staff is required to provide their own black pants to wear and footwear must be closed and presentable. There should be nothing visible on your neckline e.g. singlet’s. Your uniform must be kept clean, ironed and tidy throughout the activity and washed if used for another day to maintain the high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. In some instances, more than one top may be provided.
7. Personal Presentation
· Long hair is to be tied back and kept off your face when working or unless specified. Short hair is to be groomed and kept tidy
· Please keep jewellery to a minimum - no necklaces or bangles
· No Nail Polish is to be worn
· Men may have facial hair with is well groomed
· Ensure deodorant is worn as part of your personal hygiene
8. Personal Items
Please keep personal items out of view while working e.g. bags, keys, and wallets.
9. Punctuality
Please ensure that you arrive slightly earlier than your starting time so that you are ready to start on time. Allow time to find parking and get changed into your uniform if it is onsite. If due to unforeseen circumstances you know that you are going to be late you must contact the number on the brief
10. Illness
If you are unable to work due to illness please contact Donna 021 612 349. It is important to make contact as soon as possible so that a replacement can be sourced and the store can be informed.
11. Reimbursements
Please check with the Account Manager before making a purchase or paying for parking. All requests for expense reimbursement must be accompanied by a receipt so Head Office can enter this for reimbursment
12. Pursuit of Excellence
An independent person has been employed to carry out spot checks. The purpose of spot-checking is to ensure that our activities are executed as per the brief and to the highest standard.
