Mechanics of Preparation

Set up the table as per the photo

The table has 6 parts to it:

  • First place the stainless base on the ground

  • Then wrap the white corflute around the base matching the Velcro

  • Then place the white table top on top of the corflute, it will slot in, making sure the hole is at the back of the table

  • Get the wrap, and wrap that around the white corflute

  • The poles are a set of 2, interlock these and place them in the holes at the back of the table

  • Velcro the header card onto the poles checking it is straight

Place Store stock from the shelf on the table. This is for consumers to put in their trolley

No boxes are to be around your table

When you have the table up and the store stock on the table, you are ready to sample NB: Only sample what the store stocks

How to Serve

Fill the airpot with hot water from the deli department or as directed by the grocery manager
