If you attend the staff brief on Tuesday, 11th June, at 2:00 PM, you must complete the online Health and Safety induction.
Please complete the Health and Safety Induction on your mobile phone BEFORE arriving at the Fieldays site so your individual QR code is always with them. You will need this to gain entry on the Tuesday.
To complete the induction, Text the word Safety to 540, and you will receive a link to the Induction. Instructions will guide staff in completing the induction.
Once the induction is complete, they will receive a QR code confirming completing the Health and Safety Induction. This QR code must be saved to their phone to be scanned at entry. I usually screenshot the QR code.
Donna will courier you a Hi-Vis vest which must also be worn to gain entry. Vehicle entry is through Gate 1; if more manageable, you can park and walk through one of the entry points.

Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform - If you are cold, please wear a long-sleeved white or black thermal under the shirt. Hair must be tied up, and minimal make-up must be worn ( Refer to the Studio23 Non-Negotiables)

At the Venue
Introduce yourself to Donna, who is the site manager.
If required, Donna will allocate you to a work area and introduce you to your Team Leader (Preacher).
Mechanics of Preparation
There will be instructions on the preparation required for each dish at each of the workstations.
Familiarise yourself with the procedure before commencing. If unsure, please ask your Preacher (Team Leader) for confirmation.
After your shift
Pack up all your equipment and tidy the work area for the following day.
Ensure all equipment is thoroughly clean and dries.
