Mechanics of Preparation
Check how much stock you have in store and the different price points for the product
Set up your table as per the photo below, making sure store stock of bags is on the table, our stock is for sampling not selling
Make sure you have store stock at all times on your table as consumers will not go back to the shelf to purchase after they have sampled.
SALES IS THE KEY OBJECTIVE FOR THIS CAMPAIGN SO YOU MUST BE ABLE TO GIVE THE SHOPPERS PRODUCT FROM YOUR STAND TO PURCHASE AT CHECKOUT
PLEASE GET A STAFF MEMBER FROM THE STORE TO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU STANDING NEXT TO THE PRODUCT WITH YOUR table AND TEXT THIS TO DONNA 021612349 AT THE START OF YOUR SHIFT
Put your cutting mat and knife on the table and cut the eggs into half - place these into the tray - one division for each variant, these are not to be given whole
Put the board and knife in the zip bag under the table when not is use
All your demo stock for the day is to be put under the table - do not have any boxes around the table or any mess
If the store is really busy and there is lots of sampling, cut the eggs into quarters so you do not run out of sample stock
Put the disclaimer on top of your table (as per your photo setup)
Invite the consumers to try a sample of the New Cadbury Marshmallow EGGS - the Pineapple Lump and the Buzz Egg or the original
Consumers are NOT to help themselves
Talk to consumers about the new flavours
Take in a small piece of paper and pen with you so you can note of how many bags/packs of eggs are sold and note this on your report at the end of your shift
The target is 35+ bags per day for sales (bags that shoppers have taken from you to purchase at checkout)
After your shift
Put any store product on your table back on the shelf
Wash everything in the store and take the tables and everything home with you
