Uniform - 1x white top to be worn with a Manukau Health apron, black pants, and black shoes. / comfy shoes

Personal Breaks

During your demonstration, you are entitled to a 10-minute refreshment break.

Ensure any samples are not out and our sample stock is packed under the table out of view during your break.

At the store

Introduce yourself and ask if you could have access to the sampling table for Manuka Health and where would they like you to set up for the sampling activation.

Familiarise yourself with where the Manuka Health stand is positioned and the products they have available.

Place the stand in the recommended position and set it up as outlined in the above image.

Grab some display stock from the Manuka Display for the stand should there be no empty dummy stock for your set up.

Sampling Stock

You have been given 2 containers of each flavour per day - it is imperative the store contact has seen your stock so there is no confusion about their store stock when you are sampling

Mechanics of Preparation

Set up the table as per the photo.

Invite the consumers to come and sample each of the Manuka Health Honeys using a small spoon. Ensure the spoon is disposed of before offering the second variant.

Communicate the uses of each honey and refer to the MGO.

Ask if they would like to try the lighter of the honey on a cracker with cheese to show the product's versatility.

If you need to leave your table for any reason, such as to get more stock for your table, please do not leave any samples on the table – this is a strict health and safety rule.

No children are to be offered a sample.

Tell the shoppers about the in-store pricing of each variant.

Please take note of how many and what flavours the customers are taking to purchase from your table
