20,000 packs of Heartland Chips (assorted flavours) – between the 2 trucks, one of the trucks will have more stock than the other due to the number of public passing through that area

1x Heartland Chips pull up banner

20x plastic bins (to distribute the stock from)

First Aid kits

Craft knives (to break the boxes down)

Camera

UNIFORMS

Heartland white long sleeved tops

Heartland black branded caps

Black dress pants/black tidy jeans (not washed out/faded)/

Black casual shoes – you are to provide these

Prior to Demonstration

Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform - Your own black shoes (closed toe), black dress trousers. If you are cold please wear a long sleeve black thermal under the shirt. Hair must be tied up and minimal make-up to be worn ( Refer to the Studio23 Non Negotiables)

Meeting point for all staff member is at the Carlton Gore Road Entrance at the truck parked by the sheds. You will see the truck as you come through this access point on the right hand side.

At the location

Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)

Your Team Leaders will meet you, hand you a uniform and then conduct a staff briefing

Mechanics of Preparation

Approach all consumers using the introduction lines provided. Refer to your brief around key benefits of the product (eg: emphasise that this is kiwi owned by one kiwi family)

DO NOT sample to anyone under the age of 14years, they must be present with an adult and you hand the sample to the adult to give to the child

After your shift

Sign out on Parim

Remove your uniform and hand to your team leader

Assist with the removal of any rubbish (there is to be no rubbish left on site. All rubbish is to be brought back to Studio23 and discarded of in the bins at the back of the warehouse)

Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal after your shift studio23.work
