Tidy Jeans (not washed out/faded)/comfortable shoes as this is an agricultural show
Uniform will be collected at the brief on Tuesday or for those who can not make this, from the stand on your day of work.

Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform - If you are cold please wear a long sleeve white thermal under the shirt. Hair must be tied up and minimal make-up to be worn ( Refer to the Studio23 Non Negotiables)
At the Venue
Introduce yourself to Donna, who is the site manager.
Donna will allocate you to a work area and introduce you to your Team Leader (Preacher).
Check the schedule so you can record your break times which have been allotted to you prior to working.

Mechanics of Preparation
At each of the work stations there will be instructions on the preparation required for each dish.
Familiarise yourself with the procedure prior to commencing. If you are unsure about any aspect please ask your Preacher (team Leader) for confirmation.
After your shift
Pack up all your equipment and make the work area tidy for the following day.
Ensure your Preacher (Team Leader) has the sample count at the end of your shift if you have be asked to keep track.
