Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform
Check on Parim and or the list provided so you are familiar with where you are going.
At the Bar
Introduce yourselves to the bar contact and open a tab to the maximum value of $500 as a backup if you lose count.
Ask the bar staff to start pouring the first 10 beers and place 5 on a tray along with a stack of coasters, and head out around the bar to engage with customers.
Place a coaster in front of all those who would like an Export Ultra and place the beer on top of this (return to the bar to get additional pints)
If there is anyone at the table which is not drinking alcohol, please offer them a non-alcoholic DB Alternative (Hienekien 0.0 or similar)
You have been allocated 45 minutes per bar or $500, whichever comes first. If a bar is quiet and you spend $200 and are only there for 20 minutes, the shortfall can be added to the following bars.
You will also have a Bar Code on a small stand to be placed on the tray. Please ask people if they wouldn’t mind answering the two quick questions on the link. No personal details are required. This isn’t a prerequisite to getting a beer but rather a quick research with no pressure to complete.
At the end of the time in the bar, ensure you pay and keep the receipt safe.
At the end of the night, please photograph the receipts and send these to Donna 021612349, as well as fill in the online report link at the bottom of this page.
