Personal Breaks

During your demonstration you are entitled to a 10 minute refreshment break

Ensure any food or hot items are packed away out of view during your break

Prior to Demonstration

Check that you know how to put the banner up prior to going into the store 

Check you have all of the above items in the EQUIPMENT Sheet

Check on Parim the store location Parim app (on your mobile phone)

Ensure you have your Store Safe pass visible, clipped to the apron pocket so no logo is covered

At the store

Check into Parim

Take all your equipment into store  - do not leave the box in the store that the table is in, remove the table from the box and leave box in car or at home

 Go to Checkout control

Ask for the Grocery Manager and sign in the visitors book if the store has one

Show the Grocery Manager your Cadbury stock and them to put store stickers on this to prove this is Studio23 stock  

Ask where they would like you to set up and ask them where you can get access to hot water for your Airpot 

Mechanics of Preparation

Set up your table as per the photo below 

Put the demo stock of Marshmallows in the bowl

Go to the shelf and get some Cadbury Instant Hot Choc Blend to put on your table

Go to the shelf and get some Pascall Marshmallow to put on your table

Put the store stock on your table for display but also so consumers can put this in their trolley for purchase

Make sure you have store stock at all times on your table as consumers will not go back to the shelf to purchase after they have sampled

Invite the consumers to have a sample

Talk to the consumers and advise them the selling points, quick and easy and portable as the Cadbury Instant Hot Choc blend are in sachets

Take in a small piece of paper and pen with you so you can record what is the sales - everytime a consumer picks up a Cadbury Instant hot choc blend off your table and a packet of Marshmellows and puts this in their trolley and when you hand it to them that is a "sale"

Please take a photo of the set up of the table and text to DONNA 021612349 at the start of the shift

How to make drink In-store

The Air Pot is 3 Litres - however, you only need to fill the airport with 5cm to spare at the top (do not fill it completely)

Using the water from the zip unit in the kitchen, fill 10cm of hot water into the airpot

Put in 2x packets of hot chocolate sachets (put in one at a time, stir, then add the second pack)

Fill the rest of the airpot with hot water, leaving 5cm clear from the top

Stir, then taste it. Put the seal on the mouth of the airpot, then close the lid and lock

When walking through the store from the kitchen make sure the airpot is on lock

After the Sampling

Wash everything in the store before you leave and Take the tables and everything home with you 

Sign out on Parim 

Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal after your demo
