Equipment Check

Demonstration Table with branded skirt, pole and header cards

Branded t - shirt  

2 x plates & 1 x Tongs

64 x Belvita Breakfast Soft Bake Cranberry and Sultana (to be cut in half for sampling)

240 x Belvita Breakfast Biscuits Fruit & Fibre (to be given as a whole sample) - for New World and Pak N Save only

240 x BelVita Breakfast Biscuits Honey & Nut

Cloths for cleaning table 

1 x rubbish bag

1 x Chopping Board & knife

1 x set of gloves

Prior to Demonstration

Read through the brief, and any special reporting requirements studio23.work

Check you have all of the above items in the EQUIPMENT Sheet

Ensure you are dressed in the required uniform - Your own black shoes (closed toe), black dress trousers.  If you are cold please wear a long sleeve black thermal under the shirt.  Hair must be tied up and minimal make-up to be worn ( Refer to the Studio23 Non Negotiables)  

Check on Parim the store location Parim app (on your mobile phone)

Ensure you have your Store Safe pass visible, clipped to the apron pocket so no logo is covered

At the store

Check into Parim (on your mobile phone)

Take all your equipment into store  - do not take your table box in, remove the table from the box

Go to Checkout control

Ask for the Grocery Manager and sign in the visitors book if the store has one

Discuss where to set up and show him your stock for the demo, please get the store to sticker these to   stop any confusion on ownership of stock  

Set up table as per the photo in the brief 

15 minutes from arrival you should be set up and ready to go 

PLEASE GET A STAFF MEMBER FROM THE STORE TO TAKE A PHOTO OF YOU STANDING NEXT TO THE PRODUCT WITH YOUR TRAY AND TEXT THIS TO DONNA 021612349 AT THE START OF YOUR SHIFT

Ensure you have your Store Safe pass  / Food Hygiene visible, clipped to the bottom of your shirt so no logo is covered 

Mechanics of Preparation

Go and get stock from the shelf of BelVita Soft Bakes 

Set up your table like the photo

Keep clean at all times 

DO NOT get store stock and our stock mixed up, our stock is for sampling, put our stock under the table 

The store stock of boxes you have on the table is so consumers can put this in their trolley rather than to go back to the aisle so please make sure this is replenished at all times. 

Cut the BelVita Soft Bake in half and place on one plate

Place the BelVita Breakfast Fruit and Fibre unwrapped on one plate - these are not to be cut, serve whole. Hand this to the consumers; they are not to help themselves. As you give the consumer the choice of variant talk about the product to them. One sample per customer unless they ask to try both variants, you can point out there is an allegen statement on the pack and on the wrapper

After your shift

Put any store product on your table back on the shelf 

Sign out on Parim

Make sure your report is sent electronically through the Studio23 Staff Portal after your demo studio23.work

Enter your hours mystaff.login

Pack up the Demonstration table, and other equipment in smaller box

Clean all equipment and ensure this is ready for your next demonstration

At the end of your demonstrations and when all your assignments are completed  please secure the boxes and stick the return courier label to each box

Leave this at the front door as the courier will be booked to collect this
